- Letter of engagement – no further action is required. If you haven’t already, please send email consent for us to complete Money Laundering ID checks and please send the HMRC authorisation code(s) as soon as you receive them.
- Statutory accounts and corporation tax return – we will be in touch with separate email confirmation once your documents have been filed with Companies House and HMRC. To find out how to pay any tax due, please check HMRC’s website.
- Self assessment tax return – we will be in touch with separate email confirmation once your tax return has been filed with HMRC. To find out how to pay any tax due please check HMRC’s website.
- Companies House forms (e.g. Confirmation Statements, Change of registered address etc) – no further action is required. We will file your form(s) shortly with Companies House.
